Refund Policy

At Pkleman Clothing & More, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with quality products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality or appearance.
  • The product was damaged during shipment and you have proof of the damage (such as photos or a tracking number).
  • You contact us within 10 days of receiving the product at pklemanclothing@gmail.com and provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant evidence.

If your refund request meets these criteria, we will process it as soon as possible and issue you a full refund to your original payment method. You will also receive a confirmation email from us.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, such as change of mind, size, color, or style. We also do not cover the shipping costs for returning the product to us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
